Our one gate entrance means Bell Canyon has tight control over who enters our community providing maximum safety for our residents. In the event of an emergency, there is an additional exit that the Fire/Sheriffs Departments would utilize to augment exit from the community. We were voted a “Model Community” in the State of California for our fire abatement program. Bell Canyon has two school bus stops within our gates therefore our children don’t leave the community until they are on a school bus. We have our own Disaster Alert Response Team; a group of trained volunteers living in the canyon that will assist in the event of a natural disaster. We also have a container filled with emergency supplies: radios, water and triage supplies.
